The journey of MOM’S FINE ART began with a simple yet emotional vision — to showcase the artworks and lifelong artistic dedication of Mrs. Sunanda Bose, an accomplished artist and alumna of the prestigious Government College of Art & Craft, Calcutta. Her expressive pen-and-ink works, mixed-media explorations, and textured oil paintings became the foundation and inspiration behind this platform.
The name “MOM’S FINE ART” itself carries the heart of this vision. This platform is the brainchild of Partha Sarathi Bose, an entrepreneur from Kolkata, and his longtime friend Joydeep Shome, a US-based technocrat. United by their shared passion for creativity and empowerment, they envisioned an online space where unique art could reach homes across the world. The platform was created as a tribute to his mother’s artistic journey and to celebrate the countless artists whose creativity deserves a wider audience.
What started as a personal initiative soon evolved into something much larger. Our website, being launched in March 2026, has been thoughtfully crafted by Bostechie Kolkata, a web development firm, whose team brought this vision to life with care and precision.
Over the last few months, several remarkable artists connected deeply with the idea behind MOM’S FINE ART and chose to become part of this growing artistic community. Today, the platform proudly features artists such as Gautam Das, Pritam Das, Akash Ghosh, and Arijit Basu each bringing their own unique artistic language, academic excellence, and contemporary vision to the platform.
From contemporary visual storytelling and printmaking to conceptual art and applied design, every artist featured here represents authenticity, dedication, and originality. Together, they make MOM’S FINE ART a diverse and evolving creative collective rather than just an online gallery.
