Depending on where you are in the world, the delivery of your artwork will take approximately 7-15 days from the time that you place the order. We will do our best to keep you informed at every stage, and you will be notified of the courier details by email and SMS. In most cases, you can also track the shipment online.
Art is unique, delicate, and exclusive. It often takes days, sometimes months to complete a single work of art. Due to its fragile and singular nature we are unable to allow returns. Hence, we urge you to be certain of your decision before purchasing. We are always available to ensure the art you see, is the art you get. If you're in doubt, you can always ask for additional images of the artwork.
However, there may be times when you receive an item in damaged condition, in which case we will ensure a resolution keeping in mind your interests. This may be through repair, exchange, or return of the product.
We only accept return requests if the Artwork delivered in damaged condition.
In case you receive a damaged artwork, please write to us at info@momsfineart.com and attach pictures of the delivered product. The request for return should be raised within 7 days of delivery and our team will contact you for return processing.
Shipping will be calculated at checkout. International shipping charges are volumetric and will be mentioned at the time of check out. We will deliver within 15 – 21 days of sales. Click here to know more.
